C-WINS  announces ongoing plans for partnership with the Nigeria Governors’ Spouses’ Forum (NGSF) to advance shared goals in public health, social justice, and community empowerment. The NGSF, a coalition of spouses of Nigerian state governors, has a proven track record in promoting social justice, improving public health, enhancing educational opportunities, and empowering women and children across the country. Their commitment to the health and well-being of Nigeria’s communities aligns with C-WINS’ mission to strengthen community health systems.

Through this partnership, C-WINS and NGSF will co-create and implement initiatives that drive positive change at the grassroots level, ensuring every child gets the needed vaccines, and healthcare. The goal of this partnership is to contribute to the reduction under 5 preventable morbidity and mortality. The NGSF’s unique influence in state-level governance and extensive reach among women’s groups make them ideal collaborators in promoting evidence-based advocacy and sustainable development.
