Introduction

C-WINS is registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (registration details: CAC/IT/NO 124066) as an incorporated trustee and non-profit to promote wellbeing and nutrition. Our Head Office is 3rd Floor Heritage House,1 Kabale Close, Sultan Abubakar Street, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja, Nigeria.

The data we collect from you
To sign up with C-WINS, we collect your names, email address, organisation. This is different from when we request your consent to participate in surveys, training, and events for which we collect additional information to enable us provide services to you.

How we use personal data
We use personal data to send you information on wellbeing and nutrition and for research when specifically indicated. We also use your data to tailor the information and services that you provide to suit your needs.

The legal basis for processing your personal data.
The legal and lawful basis for processing your data is the contractual agreement. To meet the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement between you and C-WINS when using the services that we provide, we process your personal data.

When we can share your personal data
We will treat your personal data confidentially and will not share your personal data with any third-party without your permission. We can only share your personal data with your permission or if a court of law in Nigeria mandates us to do so.

The personal information that we collect, and process is stored securely in cloud sever. We also ensure that our computer systems are password protected and that we have up-to-date software, security, and firewalls. Our members of staff are well trained and required to place data security as a top priority.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will delete your data if you request us to or if it is no longer needed for the services that we provide. We will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary.

You have a right to request for access to your data and to ask us to delete, correct or update your data.
